Is there a gold cheat for Rome Total War

On campaign map screen press ~ then enter add_money 40000


This will give you 40000 denarii but you can add whatever amount you wish upto a maximum of 40000. You can however do the cheat more than once to get lots and lots of denarii but if you go over 50000 denarii, your family tend to get corruption traits and negative attributes.


Sometimes the ~ will not work to bring up the cheat screen so another key which will is the ¬ key next to the number 1. This is what I have to press personally.
