Can you get toontown on a disc

Alright, What that person just said was such a lie. you CAN buy toontown on a disc, just, not connected to the internet. try target or Wal-Mart, im not sure if Gamestop has it, i checked, but what he said was sooooo NOT TRUE, because my friend has toontown on a disc. -Barbz
