In Mysims how do you get 100 percent spooky

(For Wii:) You have to decorate EVERY building's exterior so that it's 100% Spooky. This will probably make the Sims who don't like Spooky pretty upset, so I would reccomend kicking out people who hate Spooky and only moving in people who like Spooky.
