How do you make your rate per day at your equestrian center higher on Howrse

Click on "Office" under the Equestrian Centre tab
Then click on the tab that says "Boarding"
There, you can change the price under the paragraph that says "Rate per day"
And voila! You've made you're equestrian centre cheaper/more expensive
