How do you go in a toontown CFO without all of you disguise pieces

You cant go in CFO or any other hq without getting your suit. It will be nearly impossible to do that. The people with low laff i see in suits with 15 laff are hackers. I know a 15 laffer name Grover and he greens serval toons in vp. So yeah for someone who asked this question the answer is no you wont be able to enter the bosses without parts.
