How much data per hour upload and download does maple story use

Very little actually. Because the game draws on local resources stored in the .wz files, the only upload and download are updating the spawns/player locations. It's rather hard to calculate the exact number, due to the fact that standing in an empty channel in an empty map doing nothing consumes far less than constant training or boss fights.
