Where can you find dwarven or alyied armour in the elder scrolls oblivion

Alyeid armour does not exist without a PC MOD.
Dwarven armor appears as random loot and on enemies starting at level 6 and merchants start selling it at level 10.

Its ok if you don't find any dwarven armor until level 12, the game is leveled and random, but still enjoyable.
