How can you increase your rank in armies of gielinor funorb and open new monster to summon and new sign for your badge

To increase your rank, you just need to play and win. To summon new monsters, you need to use that god's monsters a lot and you'll get more and more of that god's monsters. I'm not so sure about the badge.
