Is there a oblivion warrior xp glitch

yes there is a fighter's guild quest where you have to investigate a rat problem in Anvil. Go into the basement set the difficulty to the highest then attack all 4 rats then set it to the very lowest difficulty and block or simply let them attack you. It will raise your block and Heavy/ Light Armor. You may also be caught by the guards doing this so if you have stolen equipment and don't want to give it up kill the guard (If you can).
