If you download shadow of the undrentide on neverwinters night do you get to play online

The Only thing you need to run the Multiplayer system is the latest update (This is if it yells at you for a update), Go to Bioware's Site and Search for Update 1.69 (It will say Final addition, After downloading (This may take up to 4 hours, but so worth it) if it yells at you again, there is not much I can help you after that, my only advise after that is for you to contact one of the admins at Bioware for support.
