How do you become a technomancer on DragonFable

I dont know but i think you hafto finish all the Quest im not sure Partly correct but you have to be lvl 30 or higher and beat all the quests (this does not include the titan fights) and you have to get a charged cog which can be obtained from the first 3 quests in popsproket. Hope that helped.
