No, the Episode trilogy will be the end of Gordon Freeman. At least according to Gabe Newell, Valve President.

Edit: There is talk of several surprises coming from Valve. And since the time it is taking to release the third episode, talk is surfacing about the third episode actually becoming Half Life 3.
