How can new accounts on RuneScape talk

In the game screen, you can talk by just typing. Typing does not affect game play. While you type, your attention may be drawn to the letters that appear in a white dialogue box that constantly is spewing words and other things that people say, depending on how many people are around you - very much like an MSN/AIM chatroom. While you type, whatever you type will appear in a strip under the box next to your name. Hit enter and your message will join the others in the box and will appear above your head. If you look in the dialogue box again, you will notice that your name appears to everything you say. This is so people will know who said what. Have fun!
