The first video games
The first video game was PONG, which consisted of two bars on either end of the screen and a "ball" which consisted of 4 pixels. the point was to not let the ball pass your bar by moving it up and down while attemting to get it past your aponents bar and scoring a point. 10 points won the game. I am not sure whether it was 2 player compatible or not. I did a report on this, the first game was NOT pong, before pong there was Tic-Tac-Toe (which ran on a super computer the size of a pretty good size room) and before that, using several cathode ray tubes was a sort of, very primitive, rocket game. and pong was on a machine whose name I can't remember that displays wave lengths and frequencies with a line on a screen. Improv: the firs video game was moving a dot around a tv. the person who invented it only wanted to sell it for $20 but the company he worked for wanted to sell it for $100 so it wasn't very popular.
