Where is the hidden chao on level 3 of sonic adventure battle 2

i know this stuff because i play sonic ALOT !!![ step one the escape the city thing all you to do is 1 go up the stears and do spin dash DO IT CORRITY jump at the right time!!!!!! and something will pull you up and you will see a robot that got a sping on it jump on it!.It will make you jump high and grab the thing again and you will see a robot that got a e.shild it will shock you so don't use homing attack yet ! when the shild is down use homing and it will pull you again! and then you will see a pile like thing that you swing on make sure REPECT MAKE SURE you got that at a right HINT do it carefully press a at the red part when you are on the pile]
