How do you get really cool looking chao in sonic adventure 2 battle

Well, my cool chao is Dixie. She's a white Hero Pheonix Chao. It may not seem like much, but as she got older, the things on her head grew and they looked like giant white pinecones. But, she was reincarnated, so I have to do about 3 year worth of work all over again. Then, there's my Neutral Chaos Chao. It's multi-toned. It's white, light blue, and green. I got through Action Replay. (Don't judge me!)
