Where can you find mugen chars

If you mean M.U.G.E.N characters, then search it with the dots and in caps (like I put it) with the characters name after, and then if you can't find it, then put download after.
So like this:
M.U.G.E.N Solid Snake
If that does not work:
M.U.G.E.N Solid Snake Download
(I don't know if Solid Snake is a character but I guess he is).
