You can by learning how to program (C++ is the best but hardest language, there are others like C) And by learning how to develope (try to use 3ds max to make 3d models, learn how to make textures, etc.)

That's how to make a real good mmorpg, if you're someone just wanting it fast, no learning, for fun, I suggest you to search a nice mmorpg maker. (3D mmo makers will cost you money.)
