How do you find a ToolPrgm in Megaman Battle Network 6 Cybeast Fazgar

When you enter Lan's house, go straight up, and enter the door. You will find yourself in the bathroom. Speak to your mom, and then jack in. After a cutscene and a battle, followed by another cutscene and a phonecall, you will have the ToolPrgm.
