On Legocom on the Construction city game how do you get all of the vehicles

You have to use all of the vehicles to unlock them. But, to get the garages or whatever you have to unlockall of the vehicles for that category. Except for the City or town one you have to do the second horse level and be one of the city vehicles or whatever WITH enough money. The money part was very hard for me but I tried it MANY MANY MANY times and finally got it.
