purchase 3 parsels of land and lay 3 roads. My graddaughter did that wks ago. She is now on level 53 and still cannot unlock a pier to buy. She started playing in june. I started in may and had no trouble purchasing piers. I have seen online that other players have had the same problem. When is ZYNGA co. going to fix this problem Now my CV is so sloooooow that I get discussed and walk away from the computer.
