How do you level up really fast as a level 45 dual blade in Maplestory

The fastest leveling at level 45, for any class, is Carnival PQ. Go to the PQ and look for a 'Grind PQ', that's both sides sending Rombots for easy kills and great exp. Do this until Level 48, at which point Singapore have Truckers which have a wonderful spawn easy to kill.
