Is brand new weapons in Eliminate Pro really expensive

Yes but they are really powerful. You need to have lots of credits and must be at high rank in order to buy those weapons. These weapons are fully upgraded jr weapons but you can upgrade the another layer to double the power. The unupgraded pro weapons are fully upgraded jr weapons if if you upgraded the pro weapons they will become much deadlier(more powerful).
