Can you still get level70 gladiator set in world of warcraft

The old Gladiator set is still available for purchase. However, it is now obtainable by using Tier4 tokens and handing them in at the PvP vendor on the Isle of Quel'danas. You can hand in Tier5 tokens for the Relentless Gladiator's items.

The Brutal and Vengeful Gladiator's sets I believe are still obtainable by paying Arena points to the PvP vendors in Netherstorm.
