Where can you find the landmark from the City in Burnin Rubber 4

Start off at the weapons shop in the city. This made it easier for me to find.
Once you start driving on the road there will be your first right turn, but don't turn right yet.
You need to turn right onto the hill by that intersection where you are.
go up the hill and the landmark is there.
