How do you use crossover games when installing Age of Mythology

follow these steps:
-open CrossOver
-in the upper bar, select Configure>Manage Bottles...
-Add a bottle pressing the "+" button
-give a name to the bottle and select the "winxp" option for the type
-follow this link and download the "mfc42.dll" file: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc42
-once downloaded, copy the file and paste it in the following file: Library>Application support>CrossOver Games>Bottles>"Bottle name of the bottle you just created">Windows>C_drive>System32
-Now open Crossover again and in the upper bar, select Configure>Install software...
-For the first option select Microsoft DirectX Runtime-Legacy
-For the second one, select the only .exe file on the AoM cd
-for the bottle, select the bottle you created and press install
