walk into any store, and than follow these steps

make sure you are close to the shop owner

go into your inventioyry, then select a scroll you have 10 or more of

drop the most valuable item in your inventory

when you exit the menu, there will be heaps of duplicates on the floor

sell no more than 1000's worth of the item to the keeper, than keep selling no more than 1000's worth of it
