Where can you find zorua

If you go to the Game Freak building in Castelia City (Black or White) on the first floor there will be a boy and a girl. If you have Celebi as your first Pokemon in your party and talk to the boy he will turn into Zorua. Then you battle and catch it (Save before you battle as you only get one shot! (And make sure you have enough Pokeballs!))
