Why is red dead redemption an 18

The game is really overrated. There is blood, violence and strong language but not much else.


Its is 18 not only due to those afore mentioned reasons but also due to a brief scene that shows a doctor using cocaine yet the game comes with a warning leaflet to say that cocaine is seriously harful.
