Let's see... I've got

Sonic, Shadow, Silver, Scourge, Amy, Miles (aka Tails), Fiona, Patch, Ray, Mighty, Maria, Eggman, Knuckles, Tikal, Shade, Shara(or however you spell it), Professor Gerald, Rosy, Charmy, Espio,Blaze, Marine, Saffron, Mephiles, Iblis, Elise, Rotor, Boomer, Locke, Pachooka(I think... Tikal's dad!), Omochao, Cream, Cheese, Vanilla, Vector, Buns, Bunnie, Alicia(Anti-Sally), Sally, Darcy... Umm...

That's all I got off of the top of my head.

There is also Bunny Rabbot (She was a normal Mobian, but Dr. Robotnik tried to make her into a machine, just like he did to Sonic's grandfather. He was only able to convert one of her arms and both legs before she escaped.)
