How do you get the beta tester racer badge

A few members that are Rank 3 or above received a message from Pedalman Wheelie asking them to participate in a Beta testing for the new LEGO Racers Challenge.
Interestingly though, even if they didn't get invited, all players Rank 3 and above could access the test via a link supplied by an invitee.
The Game was officially released on September 30th, according to the LEGO Message Boards.
The Badge was released on October 21st. It is sent in a letter from Pedalman Wheelie. Interestingly, included in the letter is the Badge itself, and not a Blueprint for it. Pedalman Wheelie requested to send him an Easy-Reply message whether the user has already heard of and played The Robot Chronicles. If the user sends a reply, he rewards them with 1 Racing Trophy. This allows an increased maximum amount (11) of Racing Trophies
