How do you get married on the sims 3 on the itouch

What's an itouch.

an iTouch is a TV that can fit into your pocket and it will react to human stimulation! its also a camera!

and to get married you have to flirt alot and eventually it will let you scroll down the list to options like smooch and then after some smooching there will be woohoo and then engage but you cant take their money or house they just move into your house. but i have the sims aspirations
