How do you get Waluigi

Everybody think that waluigi isnot in the game. BUT HE IS!!! Ive unlocked waluigi..... here is how:

Purple Prizes

Yessir, that sneering sneak Waluigi coudn't simply let his counterpart Wario hog a prime spot in Super Mario 64 DS. Not a chance. He's used all the tricks up his purple sleeves to pull a cameo for himself! Only the best players will get to see him though, as it seems he's set up quite the scavenger hunt to his location! We asked the dastardly doppleganger for any clues on finding him. "Find all the stars and be the faster footracer in the land. Afterwards a secret switch will reveal my door. All that remains is a challenge for the Rabbit King for its key!"

Waluigi literally has a spring in his step as he bounces around all over the place his sproingy shoes trait means his long jumps, high jumps and triple jumps are leaps bounds ahead of the competition. What a cheater!

When Waluigi picks up a power flower, he puts his lanky legs to good use. Warpspeed Waluigi will dazzle enemies with record-breaking speed that can cover a huge distance within seconds! This boost also works while swimming!
