What do you get for completing a assassins creed challenge on ps3

Any challenges you get on both PS3 and PC have only one reward... satisfaction of completion and naught else, that is, to my knowledge and what I have completed in both AC and ACII. This is an XBox exclusive concept to earn Live points. It's a pity that the game programmers didn't include something a little more rewarding for the non XBox game buyers who also help feed their families and keep them in business. I mean, why make them for other platforms if we can't benefit for all that running, climbing and searching? The rewards in ACII are few and barely worthy... and good grief, there were secrets wrapped in enigmas to find there.
