How do you get Shale in Dragon Age Origins

if you have a ps3 you need internet a psn account an ea games account and you need to complete a quest. 1st u purchhase the $15 downloadable content. then install. then go to honnaleth on the left side of your world map. do the quest and get shale on your side. same goes for xbox.
pc i dont know but im gessing you can get it from a mod website or something.
