In resident evil outbreak 2 who works best with Yoko

Well, Yoko works pretty good with a couple of people. Definetly Kevin. She will totally listen to you. But, my suggestion to you is kind of toy with it a bit. Just pick two random people and see if they listen to you or not. You will be able to find out who listens to Yoko and who doesn't.
