How do you buy structure decks in the card shop in Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds Stardust Accelerator

To unlock the structure decks in the first place, you must beat the structure deck duelist in New Domino City (in the area directly right to the card shop in that area). If you beat him with a structure deck, it will be available to buy in the shop (scroll all the way to the right to see it).
HOWEVER, once you unlock all the decks, the game's glitch kicks in; the only structure deck available now would be the 5Ds Starter Deck and will continuously say that it's new no matter how many time you buy it.
