I have a laptop that i wanted to use for video games but it shows up with blue lines coming down the screen even if my PC meets the requirements what can i do to make them work

You can either tune out the blue lines by changing the screen lighting settings (sometimes doesn't work depends on your model and make) or by a new (very expensive) graphics card
