Where do you get oasis seeds in fossil fighters

Once you've talked to the old guy in Parchment Desert, go to the shop in the guild area and buy the Daily Special (an oasis seed). Take it back to the old guy and repeat the process until you've given him a total of 4 oasis seeds.
