Where are the super mutant behemoths located in fallout 3

you get attacked by one in front of the GNR building plaza and there is another one in a cage at the evergreen train yard. Also there is one in the capitol building at the mall and one at takoma industrial. the final one is somewhere near jury street metro although im not sure where. i do know that you find a couple of super mutants by a shopping cart cage with a bear inside. open tha cage for the behemoth to come.
