Where do you download the dsi applications

at the ninteno dsi shop whitch wou can not access without a internet connection. the network password unfortunately has to be the less secure wep password. :( EDIT: No it doesn't. It can be WAP by going into DSi settings, internet, connection settings then advanced setup. There you can make 3 WAP connections. Hope i helped. :) I hope this helped!
