Acquire an extremely precious blood gem. You need a rank 15 Blood Gem for this trophy. Check out our Blood Gem Locations and Effects Guide for further information.

Hunter’s Craft
Acquire all special hunter tools. The Special Hunter Tools Location Guide should help you get this trophy.

Hunter’s Essence
Acquire all hunter weapons. Check out our Weapons Location and Stats Guide to find each and every weapon in the game.

Rune Contact
Acquire a Caryll Rune that endows hunters with special strength. Check out our Caryll Runes Guide to find out the location of all the Caryll Runes.

Rune Master
Acquire an extremely precious Caryll Rune. Example: Eye. Check out our Caryll Runes Guide to find out the location of all the Caryll Runes.

Weapon Master
Acquire a weapon of the highest level. You need to upgrade one weapon to full +10 level to unlock this. For that, you will need Blood Stones. Check out our Blood Stones Location Guide for further information.

Gameplay Trophies

The Choir
Gain entry to the realm of the Choir, the high stratum of the Healing Church. You will need the Upper Cathedral Key for this. Check out how to acquire this key in our Key Items Guide. Once you have acquired it, head to the top of the Cathedral Ward using this key.

The Source of the Dream
Discover the abandoned old workshop, the source of the hunter’s dream. Check out our Abandoned Workshop Location Guide to find out where this old workshop is.

Cainhurst
Gain entry to Cainhurst, the lost and ruined castle. You’ll need the Cainhurst Summons key item to unlock this trophy. Check out how to acquire this item in our Key Items Guide.

Nightmare Lecture Building
Gain entry into the Byrgenwerth lecture building in Nightmare Mensis.

End-game Trophies

Childhood’s Beginning
You became an infant Great One, lifting humanity into its next childhood. Obtain and consume three One Third of Umbilical Cords before fighting Gerhman at the end of the game to acquire this trophy.

Honouring Wishes
Captivated by the Moon Presence, you pledge to watch over the hunter’s dream. At the end of the game instead of accepting Gerhman’s offer, deny it, then defeat him in order to acquire this trophy.

Yharnam Sunrise
You lived through the hunt, and saw another day. Accept Gerhman’s offer at the end of the game to acquire this trophy.
