Bubble Witch 2 Saga Cheats: 5 Tips and Tricks That Don’t Cost a Cent

The folks at King sure have a thing for “sagas,” as evidenced by Candy Crush Saga, Farm Heroes Saga, and now Bubble Witch 2 Saga. This is the follow-up to the previous Bubble Witch Sag, and according to the game’s description on the Google Play Store, “Stella and her cats need your help to fend of the dark spirits that are plaguing their land.” With each level you win, you “free Witch Country piece by piece,” and like many a mobile title, you can either play in single-player mode or play against your friends. And like King’s other titles, extra moves and extra lives will require in-app purchases. But you don’t need to spend money to win those levels; in fact, you can simply follow the basic tips below if you want to win without parting with even a cent of your money.

1. Aim For The Highest Possible Bubble

This is common-sense strategy we’re talking about here. When talking about games where the objective is to burst bubbles, shooting for the highest bubble, or anything relatively high, would result in connected bubbles bursting as well. Think of it as a chain reaction, and a good one, as you’ll really need to make the most out of your moves. And that brings us to our second tip.

2. Use Your Moves Wisely

By touching your bubble shooter on the display, you can switch one bubble with another. This lets you save bubbles until you can use them at a later point in a level, but if you really need to waste a bubble (i.e. if you have two colors), go for the spot where you can easily dispose of the bubble.

3. Special Bubbles Can Be Your Friend

For example, you’ve got Line Blast Bubbles that, once hit, can take care of one whole line, as well as any bubbles underneath. Once you see a special bubble, don’t think of it as something optional. Rather, use that bubble and take note of its capabilities, because they’re often the key to winning those levels. Then again, you’ll also get some special bubbles free of charge when you start playing the game – in this case, you’ll want to reserve them for more difficult stages in the game.

4. Getting Unlimited Lives

We’ve now moved to the first of two known Bubble Witch 2 Saga cheats, and for starters, we shall talk you through how to gain unlimited lives. Once the game tells you that you don’t have any time left to play, head over to your phone’s Settings and turn off the option to automatically set time. Move your clock a couple hours, go back to the game, and voila – you’ve got new lives.

5. Unlocking New Levels

You can unlock additional Bubble Witch 2 Saga levels by paying gold, or by connecting your game to Facebook, but if you don’t want to do either, you’ll have to wait it out a bit. Still, this is also a very simple cheat – go to Settings, move the date two days ahead, and wait for the system to notify you that you’ve unlocked new levels. Once that’s done, reenter the game and begin the new level, though just like in the abovementioned cheat, you’ll need to make sure you reset the date and/or time back to current once you’ve pulled off the cheat.
