Is killing blacks in resident evil 5 raciest

Wasn't the intentions of the game. It just came out like that cause the game takes place in South America (I believe). But givin that it takes place there, putting anthing else there would just be inaccurate. But, to prove it wasn't out of racism, a black character was added into the mix out of good spirits.
