Do rpgs count as AT guns in battlefield 3

In Battlefield 3, the RPG-7V2 is an unguided anti-vehicle weapon. It is used by the Russian forces in multiplayer, and is the counterpart to the SMAW. It is not an AT gun per se, but is in fact a rocket.
