it make problems with eyes One of the only real disadvantages I have seen is the procrastination aspect. Video games are great distractions, meaning, if you get sucked in, you may put off your work (Or sleep) for a couple hours. This could lead to poor work or a bad sleep cycle which then leads to poor work.
