How do you raise stats in Dragon Fable

The only two ways I know are:

1.Go to Oaklore, talk to Captain Rolith, then you should be able to train your stats.

2.Go to FalconReach, go down, and then you should see a building with a crown as the banner, go inside, talk to the man in the armor.
