How do you download Sonic 1 Megamix for a Sega CD

Type in SONIC RETRO, click it then go to HACKS in the left of the screen, then a list of hacks will come up. Find Sonic The Hedgehog Megamix then go to the bottom of the page for the download link and pick either the US, European, or Japanese... the file is very small, then PLAY!!
