Is Shanoa in love with Albus in Castlevania-Order Of Ecclesia

'In love' isn't the right term - as adoptive brother and sister, they do love each other, but Shanoa's memories are wiped at the beginning of the game. To all intents, Albus is her enemy, up to the point where he dies and she realises who he was, and why he did what he did.
