Once Upon A Timeline is a more traditional point 'n click adventure. Well, traditional except for the fact that it's not about what you click, but when. Your aunt Jocelyn is a brilliant scientist and inventor. You and her are close, and she always replies to your letters. One day the replies stop. Fearing the worst, you arrive at her home to find her dead. Fiddling with a few things he finds himself hurtling through time itself. Can he use his aunt's technology to save her? Sure. Why not. It is a time machine. You can go anywhere from the late 1800s to early 2000s. Using the mouse you adjust the time at the bottom to be between the years 1880 to 2022 and then pull the lever. The house changes over time, gaining new items and residents as you pass through the generations. Beyond that, it's pretty traditional. Most puzzles require finding the point in time that contains a specific item you need, and then working out how to get that item from the person who owns it. Of course, as a time travel adventure, your actions in the past can affect the events of the future!

This is a really neat game! I'm a fan of time travel, so this game caught my eye. The gameplay was great, and the concept itself is good. I love the concept of moving around between time periods instead of simply exploring an environment. Despite the fact that it follows a rather common situation in time travel related media, example, saving a person by altering the past/future. The execution of the game was the best factor, in my opinion. In short, this was an awesome game!

To get out from the time machine, click 'Esc' on your keyboard!
1. 1953: Meet with aunt.
2. 2008: Talk with the vagrant.
3. 1940: Get the wine .
4. 2008: Talk with the vagrant again to get the phone.
5. 1953: Meet with aunt again.
6. 1910: Stole the graph from the table, click twice.
7. 1954: Observe the corpse of aunt.
8. 1901: Remove bullet from shotgun.
9. 1902: Get the shovel.
10.1894: Dig the helmet up.
11.1953: Give the helmet to the aunt.
12.1954: Watch your aunt died again and observe the corpse again.
13.1978: Get the anti bullet armor.
14.1953: Give the armor to aunt.
15.1954: Watch the stupid agent fail finally and talk with aunt to reach the ending.
